We read everything and reply to most messages within a few days.

What to include

If something is not working, these details help enormously:

• Which browser and device you are using (for example, Chrome on Android, Safari on an iPad)
• What you were doing when it went wrong — the settings you had chosen
• Roughly how big the image was, if the problem involved loading or exporting one
• A screenshot, if the problem is visual

Please do not send us your reference photo unless you want us to have it. We can almost always reproduce a problem without it.

Feature requests

Tell us what you are trying to draw and where the tool gets in the way. Requests framed around the actual task are far more useful than requests for a specific control, because there is often a simpler solution than the one that first comes to mind.

Corrections

If something in the guides is wrong, unclear or out of date, we want to know. Point us at the page and the paragraph.

Privacy and legal

For questions about data, cookies or advertising, see the privacy policy first — most answers are there. Anything it does not cover, email the address above with "Privacy" in the subject line.

A quick look at the FAQ answers most questions, especially about paper sizes, printing at true size and why cells sometimes come out rectangular.
